USA Cover #68, 76. The 5c Jefferson and 10c Washington with cork cancels on a nice ship cover to France. Postmarked New York 27 July 1866 with arrival markings from Paris 7 August 1866 and Fontainebleau 8 August 1866. Also note French ship cancel with manuscript directional marking (per City of Paris). The estimate from the old auction listing that this cover was at one point in time sold through.
